Drew Crowder has worked for the company in various facets since 1994, and is the company's Managing Partner.

Drew graduated from Virginia Tech with a BA in International Business and has done postgraduate studies in Engineering, Architecture, and Landscape Design. He is heavily involved in construction activities and business affairs and is the company's liaison and point-of-contact with clients. He also coordinates projects with other design professionals, architects, and engineers and is responsible for preparing the NVblu design concepts and blueprints for commercial and residential projects, to include hydraulic calculations, systems analysis and CAD design.

Drew is a member of the internationally elite Society of Watershape Designers (SWD) and is the youngest member in the United States. His work has been featured in numerous publications uncluding Loudoun Magazine, Metro Washington Home Improvement Magazine, Capitol File Magaizne, Home & Design Magazine, Northe American Design Magazines, the Washington Post Magazine, Washingtonian Magazine and the Washington Spaces Blog.

Robert Goodman leads the Residential Construction team, and is the company's principal point of contact with clients and other contractors.

Robert Goodman has extensive experience in Residential Pool Construction, service and repair. He has been in the swimming pool business for over 22 yars now, and has been with NVblu, Inc. for over 14 years in increasingly progressively responsible positions. Robert is an authority and expert on residential controllers, salt generator and overall pool systems, as well as an authority on pool construction methods and approaches. Robert has received training from the Genesis 3 Design School, employing many of their approaches, methods, and techniques to the company's many residential projects.

Alan Nobiling leads the Sales and Project Management teams.


With over 30 years 0f experience in design, construction, and project management, Alan has used his diverse background to construct and renovate all types and sizes of commercial and residential pools and fountains. He currently leads teams in design, sales, project management and quality control. Alan also plays an active role in job cost estimation and preparing bid documents for NVblu's commercial pool division.
