• Initial meeting, pool design and acceptance, deposit with signed contract
• At this point in the year with our current projects we break ground 3-4 weeks after the contract is signed, could be a little sooner
• Permits are pulled, miss utility is called, the backyard is laid out, landscaper/pool designers meet and discuss final layouts
• Pool is laid out in the backyard, final input from you, just in case
• First week of construction: the pool is dug, plumbed, and given a gravel base along the interior
• Week 2: your steel re-enforcing structure is put into place and properly bonded, the electrical fixtures are put in place but not fully installed,
• Week 3: inspections for steel and bonding are scheduled and hopefully completed
• Weeks 4-5: your pool forms and structure are inspected thoroughly by construction supervisors and schematic details are reviewed, your gunite shell is shot, and your forms are removed
• Weeks 6-7: the coping stone, pool tile, accent tile, accent stone, auxiliary stonework are scheduled for installation and completed
• Week 8: your lighting and electrical work are run to their proper locations and the lights are installed in the pool at their various locations
• Week 9*+: your decking and landscaping are finalized (this process takes as long as it takes)
• Week 10*+: the pool is given its watertight interior finish (marquis/pebbletec/etc) this happens after the deck is complete, this is the last stage of the pool process, as water is trucked in and immediately begins to fill the pool at this point
• Week 11*+: Your caulking (flexible membrane in between the pool and decking) is installed for more durable long-lasting pool/deck relationship
• Week 11+: your landscaping is finalized and fully furnished
• Week 12+: pool party and years of enjoyment
